WHOLESALE (Please Read!)
Jane Iris Designs welcomes and appreciates wholesale buyers. There is No Wholesale Minimum! This site is uniquely equipped with the capability to deliver wholesale prices to wholesale buyers while delivering retail prices to retail buyers. Once your account is setup in Wholesale Mode, you will have full access to all products showing wholesale prices. To signup for a wholesale account, please fill out the following form. Include your wholesale number in the "Company" field beside your company name. Your account will remain in "retail" mode until Jane Iris Designs has received a faxed copy of your resale license-FAX 619-491-0827.Once your account is approved, upon login to the site, you will see the  graphic at the tops of the pages. (Note: You must login to see the wholesale prices.)

WHOLESALE GUARANTEE/RETURN POLICY (Please Read!)
We at Jane Iris Designs want to do all that we can to assure your
satisfaction with our product and services. We will repair or replace
(without a restocking fee) any items of unsatisfactory quality. We
cannot, however, accept responsibility for repairs performed by other
jewelers. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any 14K,special
orders, any rings with stones, candle or soap products or custom orders.
First orders on new accounts will receive a 10% discount on total
order. There is no minimum requirement amount. On first time orders we
will gladly exchange or issue credit, with no restocking fee, any
merchandise you are unable to sell, if returned within 60 days of
purchase order.
On Re-orders, or after the 60 day period on initial orders, returns will
incur a 20% restocking fee. Returns may be exchanged for other product
at that time or a credit issued only (less the 20% fee).No cash credit.
Wholesale accounts will pay actual shipping charges on all orders and
exchanges.Returned check fee $25.00
Internet Accounts.You must call us first to request permission to use our
images on your site.All our images must be identified as a Jane Iris Design
and may not be prices less then the retail price listed at www.janeiris.com.
There are no credits for returns on dropship orders except for defects or
exchanges(example ring size)Property belongs to wholesale customer.
Consignment Accounts.If your company travels to trade shows,please
call us regarding our consignment policy.
Each product comes with a"storycard"describing the image meaning.

Drop Ship.We will dropship at the flat rate of $5.00 per order plus shipping.
Orders under $50 are usually sent USPS small package rate.Orders over
$50 are sent UPS.Orders to Hawaii,Alaska are shipped 2nd day Air.
International shipping $10.
